Is it permissible to marry the sister of a paternal cousin's daughter through suckling, and vice-versa?

If you suckled from her mother's milk, or from the milk of a woman who breastfed her from her father's milk, such that you both shared suckling from one breast or the milk of one man, then she is your sister through suckling (rada'a), and it is unlawful for you to marry her. It is not a condition that the suckling from the breast occur at the same time. As for your brother, there is no impediment for him to marry her unless he also suckled with her. And if you suckled with your paternal cousin from another woman, there is no impediment for you to marry her sister.
