Are the sums of money that employees obtained from deducting workers' wages, and which were distributed as a bonus between them and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, lawful or unlawful?

It is not permissible to deduct from a worker's salary except with a legitimate justification. What you have done by deducting one hundred from the worker's wages is impermissible, and it is obligatory to return it to him unless he forgives it willingly and wholeheartedly. This is because Islam has strongly emphasized the prohibition of such actions, as indicated by the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Three people I will contend against on the Day of Resurrection: a man who gave by My name and then betrayed, a man who sold a free person and consumed his price, and a man who hired a worker, received full service from him, but did not pay him his wages." And his saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "The wealth of a person is not lawful except with his willing consent," and his saying: "None of you should take his brother's belongings, neither seriously nor in jest. And if one of you takes his brother's stick, he should return it to him."
