Is it permissible to take the remaining cents from the liquidation of workers' entitlements due to the unavailability of change or because the worker does not claim them?

It is not permissible to consume the wealth of Muslims unlawfully, as Allah Almighty says: (And do not consume your properties among yourselves through falsehood) [Surat Al-Baqarah: 188], and as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The wealth of a Muslim is not lawful except with his willing consent." Therefore, it is not permissible for you to keep this amount, and you must inform its owner. If he declares that he does not want that amount, then there is no blame upon you at that point for keeping it.
