If the pain is severe and unbearable and only ceases upon leaving the mosque, then it is an excuse that permits praying at home. As for the treatment of magic: take seven Sidr leaves and crush them, then mix them with water while reciting Ayatul-Kursi and Surahs Al-, Al-Falaq, and An-Nas. Then, the afflicted person drinks from this water and bathes with the remainder.
