Is saying "Subhan Allah, blessed is the Creator in what He has created" upon seeing a beautiful girl not forbidden?

Allah Almighty commanded men to lower their gaze from foreign women. This prohibition is even more emphasized concerning girls with whom there is a fear of temptation. As for an accidental glance, it is forgiven, but one must immediately avert the gaze. As reported by Jarir ibn Abdullah: "I asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, about an accidental glance, and he commanded me to avert my gaze." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, also admonished Ali, saying: "O Ali, do not follow one glance with another, for you are allowed the first, but not the second."
