Is uttering the two Shahadas with the intention of entering Islam, without committing any act of disbelief, considered disbelief?

A Muslim does not become an unbeliever by uttering the word of Tawhid with the intention of entering Islam. This act is from the whispers (waswasah) which one should not succumb to, because giving in to whispers leads to great evil.
