The answer

We hope that the reader of Juz' 'Amma will receive the reward of one who recited a thousand verses, if the is authentic: "Whoever recites ten verses will not be written among the negligent, and whoever recites a hundred verses will be written among the devout, and whoever recites a thousand verses will be written among the Muqanṭirīn," which Al-Albani graded as authentic. Al-Mundhiri mentioned that from Surat Tabaarak to the end of the Qur'an there are a thousand verses.
