Is it permissible to recite Surat Al-Baqarah daily outside the home with the intention of relieving worries and problems, due to lack of time at home?

There is no objection to reciting Surat Al-Baqarah or any other surah from the Quran with the intention of alleviating worries and distress, because the Quran is a healing and mercy for psychological and physical ailments. Reciting Al-Baqarah expels magic and jinn. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Recite Surat Al-Baqarah, for taking it is a blessing and leaving it is regret, and the sorcerers cannot confront it."
