There is no harm in reciting Surat Al-Baqarah daily to seek its blessings. It is stated in the : "Recite Surat Al-Baqarah, for taking it is a blessing and leaving it is a regret, and the sorcerers cannot confront it." "Taking it" means to consistently recite it and act upon it, and its "blessing" means increase, growth, and great benefit.
