If the deceased left no heirs other than those mentioned, then his wife receives one-quarter as a prescribed share, and his full sister receives one-half as a prescribed share, and his half-sister (from the father's side) receives one-sixth as a complement to the two-thirds, and his half-sister (from the mother's side) receives one-sixth as a prescribed share. As for the son of the paternal uncle, he is an asabah (agnate heir) who takes what remains after the heirs of the prescribed shares. In this case, nothing remains for him, so he is excluded. The inheritance is divided into thirteen shares.
