What is the ruling on prayer if the worshiper feels movement in the genitals while performing it?

The movement of the male reproductive organ during prayer does not affect it, unless madhy (pre-seminal fluid) or mani (semen) is discharged. The worshiper must be keen on humility and contemplating the Quran and the remembrances of prayer.
