What is the meaning of Allah's name (Al-Haseeb)?

The name of Allah, "Al-Haseeb," means the Sufficient and the Preserver. Allah is sufficient for those who rely on Him; He preserves their deeds and holds them accountable for them, even for the weight of an atom. His provisions are reckoned. His sufficiency, glory be to Him, is both general and specific. The general sufficiency encompasses all that concerns His servants in their religious and worldly affairs, while the specific sufficiency is for His pious servant who trusts in Him, as stated in the verse: "O Prophet, sufficient for you is Allah and for whoever followed you of the believers." He is the swiftest of reckoners, knows everything, and nothing is hidden from Him.
