Is spinsterhood a tribulation?

The phenomenon of delayed marriage for girls is undesirable, and it has negative consequences for women and society. Its cause is the complication of marriage procedures and the creation of obstacles. Muslims must facilitate marriage matters. If a woman is afflicted with spinsterhood, she should offer herself or have her guardian offer her to people of goodness and righteousness, while persistently supplicating that Allah may facilitate a righteous husband for her.
