Is what happened on the 27th night of Ramadan, after performing Istikhara concerning marriage, namely the Imam's mention of two examples of Istikhara involving a doctor and a lawyer—which are the professions of the questioner and the person for whom Istikhara was performed—considered a positive sign and confirmation of the Istikhara's answer, and is this sufficient to persist in supplicating for the acceleration of her marriage to this person?

If someone seeks Allah's guidance concerning a matter and Allah grants them success, then they should proceed with what their heart is content with and be pleased with Allah's decree. If the suitor is acceptable in his religiosity and character, then communication regarding marriage can occur through one of her mahrams or her guardian. As for supplication (dua), it is encouraged as long as it does not involve sin or severing kinship ties, and the supplicant does not impatiently seek a response. One should not attach their heart to the suitor; rather, they should supplicate and ask Allah for a righteous spouse. If the marriage takes place, then that is good and excellent. Otherwise, there are many other men besides him.
