What is the ruling on agreeing to a suitor after performing Istikhara, which did not result in a feeling of joy or sorrow?

If the man is not suitable, do not accept him as a husband, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged marriage to a person of religion and good character. If he is suitable, then accept him as a husband, while emphasizing the importance of performing istikharah (guidance prayer) before marriage, the result of which will manifest in whether the marriage is facilitated or not. It can be repeated. If the marriage to him is facilitated, then all praise is due to Allah. If it is not facilitated, then disregard him; perhaps Allah will facilitate someone better for you.
