Charitable work is commendable, but a woman engaged in it must adhere to Islamic guidelines. She should not mix with men, nor adorn herself in front of them, nor speak in a soft, alluring manner. She should strive to work in the women's sphere and avoid interaction with men unless it is absolutely necessary, and only within the confines of need and according to the dictates of Islamic law.
