Should a woman wear the niqab and forgo work and study, or should she wear it and uncover her face upon arriving at work, while attempting to avoid mixing with men and organizing her time to balance study, work, and children, considering her family and professional circumstances?

If a woman believes the niqab is obligatory, she is not permitted to obey her husband if he tells her to remove it in front of non-mahram (definition) men. The husband must provide for his wife adequately, and the wife is not obliged to spend from her own money unless she volunteers to do so. It is not permissible for a woman to work or study in a place where she engages in unlawful mixing with men, except in cases of necessity or extreme need. A woman should strive to reform her husband if he abandons prayer, and if he does not respond, she should seek a divorce.
