What is the ruling regarding a woman who entered into the state of ihram for 'Umrah from Tabuk, then returned from Makkah due to the expiration of her 'Umrah visa?

If a pilgrim in the state of ihram is prevented from completing their ritual, they are considered to be in the ruling of one who is "hindered" (muhsar). They must exit their state of ihram by slaughtering a sheep. If they are unable to do so, they should fast for ten days. Since they returned without exiting their state of ihram, they remain in it. They must now exit by offering a sacrifice (hady) for each of them, or by fasting ten days for each of them.
