What is the Sharia ruling on marrying a girl who became pregnant by me out of wedlock, given my family's refusal of this marriage, and knowing that the pregnancy does not exceed 25 days? Is it permissible to abort it, and what is the ideal solution to this problem?

The engaged couple must immediately repent if they commit zina (fornication/adultery), by abandoning the act, feeling remorse, and resolving not to return to it, while keeping it private and not publicizing it. Abortion of the pregnancy is not permissible except out of necessity that threatens the mother's life. It is not permissible for the fornicator to marry the woman with whom he committed zina while she is pregnant, except after repentance and childbirth. The child is not attributed to him but to its mother. The preponderant opinion is that the child of zina is not ascribed to the fornicator. You may marry without your parents' knowledge, but it is preferable to obey one's parents unless there is harm to you.
