Is it permissible to keep the child or to abort it, and is it permissible to marry the girl after immorality while she is pregnant?

One must hasten to repent from zina (fornication/adultery) and be wary of its causes and preludes, as it is authentically reported in the Hadith (definition) from the Prophet, peace be upon him: "The zina of the eyes is gazing (at what is forbidden), and the zina of the ears is listening (to what is forbidden), and the zina of the tongue is speaking (forbidden words), and the zina of the hand is striking (what is forbidden), and the zina of the foot is walking (to what is forbidden). The heart desires and wishes, and the private part either confirms or denies that."

Scholars have differed regarding the ruling on aborting a fetus before forty days. Our fatwa (definition) is that abortion is not permissible at any stage, except for a valid excuse. In such a case, there is no harm in taking the concession from those who permitted it.

Scholars have also differed regarding the ruling on a fornicator marrying the woman with whom he fornicated before she gives birth. The majority opinion prohibits this, and this is the preferred view with us.
