If the mentioned abscess is filled with blood inside the body and does not exit, this does not affect the validity of the prayer. However, if the blood exits, there are several scenarios:

1. If the abscess is outside the anus or blood comes out from a hemorrhoid: The exiting blood does not invalidate ablution (Wudu'), but it is ritually impure (najis) and one must guard against it as much as possible. What adheres to one after exercising caution is excused due to difficulty and hardship.

2. If the abscess is inside the anus and its blood flows outwards: Its ruling is similar to that of istihaadah (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding).

If the blood flows continuously and is present for most of the time: The area should be washed, a cotton pad applied, and ablution performed for each prayer, and one should pray even if the blood continues to flow.

If the blood is little and can be guarded against: The area and clothing must be purified, and ablution performed.

3. Blood exiting during prayer:

If it is a small amount: It is excused, and the prayer is not invalidated by it.

If it is a large amount: The soundest opinion is that a large amount of blood exiting from the person himself is excused if he did not cause its exit and it is difficult to guard against it, such as blood from a pimple, as long as it wasn't squeezed out.

4. What must be done in case of bleeding: The blood must be washed off and one must guard against it as much as possible for prayer. What is difficult to guard against is excused.

5. Blood exiting during prayer without the worshipper's knowledge: The preponderant opinion is that the prayer is valid, as avoidance of impurity is conditioned upon knowledge and ability.

6. Blood exiting from the anus: This invalidates ablution.
