Is it permissible to perform tayammum for janabah while keeping one's socks and shoes on, due to the inability to perform ghusl because of a surgical operation?

The injured wound should be wiped over after removing its bandage, and the rest of the limb should be washed. If there is no bandage on it and washing would harm it, then only wipe over it. If both washing and wiping would harm it, then perform tayammum (definition) for it. It is obligatory to remove socks or shoes for ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) from janabah (definition) (major ritual impurity), and one should not wipe over them during ghusl. If their removal is difficult and there is ample time, the ghusl should be delayed, and it is permissible to combine prayers. If time is short and no one can assist, one should perform ghusl and then tayammum for the feet. If the wound is exposed and would be harmed by both wiping and washing, then tayammum should be performed for it.
