If she is unable to wash any part of her body due to fear of harm, the legal alternative is tayammum. Tayammum is valid on earth from which something adheres to the hand. One should avoid performing tayammum on objects that have been said to invalidate it if other options are available; otherwise, it is permissible to perform tayammum on them.
