It is possible for a father to be more attached to a child who is not his own than to his biological child, and for a child not to be attached to his father. However, the innate instinct remains firmly established between them. This instinct becomes more entrenched through a father's love for his child and his eagerness to care for him. Therefore, a father must be keen on seeing his son periodically, not ceasing to visit him and follow up on his news, and showing his love for him through words and actions, appreciating and praising him, encouraging and supporting his skills, while being gentle in advising him and treating him kindly.
