What is the deterrent legal punishment for an unmarried man who abducted a virgin woman with her consent and approval?

If the girl obeys and consents to seclusion [with a man], then her guardians must educate her, prevent her from what angers Allah, and discipline her in a way that deters her. If an act of indecency occurs, the legitimate Imam [ruler] is to carry out the punishment of lashing on the two unmarried individuals, and it is not permissible for her family to do so. If a major act of indecency has not occurred, then the Imam may apply a discretionary punishment that deters them. Killing the girl or the young man is forbidden by Islamic law.
