Does dry impurity (such as dry urine, or alcohol on furnishings and carpets) transfer to the body or clothes if they become wet, or if a person is wet and touches them, taking into account the various fatwas that address the transfer of dry impurity upon contact with wetness, or the transfer of the ruling of impurity without its substance?

If a mattress becomes impure with intoxicating alcohol or urine, its impurity is certain. If it gets wet, the impurity transfers from it to whatever it touches. However, if the substance of the impurity is removed, its ruling does not transfer. For example, if the substance of the impurity is removed from a toilet seat with a tissue, and then it gets wet, the impurity does not transfer to what comes into contact with it because what remains is only its ruling, and that does not transfer.
