Marriage is not a religious obligation unless one is able to bear its costs and believes that they will likely fall into sin without it. It is recommended for those who are able to marry and are secure from temptation. Islam has encouraged marriage and prohibited monasticism; it is among the traditions of the Prophets and the natural disposition of creation. So, seek a woman of piety and good character and get married, for the widespread immoralities in your country do not mean it is devoid of chaste women.
