Those who have no desire: This is either due to a lack of natural inclination or its loss due to old age or illness. There are two views regarding this: one is that marriage is recommended for them, and the other is that remaining unmarried is better for them. If they do not need marriage, it is disliked for them if they lack the means to support it. However, if they have the means and no need for marriage, and no defect, then marriage is better for them according to the soundest opinion, lest idleness lead them to immoral acts.

Therefore, if you fear falling into the unlawful, marriage is obligatory for you. If you do not fear that, then marriage is recommended for you, provided you are capable of it.
