Is it permissible to refer to young girls in India by the kunyas "Umm Hani" and "Umm Salama"?

A kunya is a name that begins with "Abu" (father of) or "Umm" (mother of), and it is used for praise and honor. It is permissible to address a wicked person, a disbeliever, or an innovator by a kunya if there is a benefit or necessity in doing so. It is not necessary for the kunya to be based on the names of one's children, nor on the name of the eldest child. It is also permissible to use female names in a kunya. These rulings apply equally to both men and women. It is permissible to use a kunya for someone who has no children, or before they have children. Even an infant can be given a kunya as a sign of optimism and to strengthen their personality.
