Is it permissible to pay money to pass a driving test, knowing that this does not harm others, in order to facilitate obtaining the license due to the difficulty of controlling the car during the test?

A man teaching a woman how to drive involves legitimate Islamic concerns, such as his being alone with her (khalwa). If the instructor is not a woman, then it is not permissible to proceed with this matter unless there is a necessity, which should be assessed proportionately, while the female learner adheres to Islamic manners. Paying money to pass the driving test is considered a prohibited bribe (rishwa), because it leads to obtaining something that is not rightfully deserved. If the reason for failing the test is the unsuitability of the training car, then the female learner should request a suitable car from the school.
