What is the ruling on one who abstains from circumcising his male children out of fear for them, or on the pretext that this is Allah's creation and there is no altering His creation?

The discussion about the ruling on circumcision has been addressed previously. As for excusing oneself due to fear for children from circumcision, if the fear is real and confirmed by a trustworthy doctor that circumcision would harm the child, then there is no objection to omitting it. However, if the fear is imagined, then it holds no weight. Regarding the argument of changing Allah's creation through circumcision, it is an exception based on legal evidence. Al-Nawawi mentioned that circumcision, branding (wusum), and similar practices are specifically excluded from the general condemnation and prohibition.
