What is the ruling on the discharge of a few drops of blood and secretions one or two days before menstruation, and does that invalidate the fast?

If a woman sees drops of blood and it does not reach a day and a night, it is not considered menstruation according to the majority of scholars, unlike the Malikis who consider it menstruation. If it stops and then the usual blood returns, these drops are considered menstruation as long as they are within the possible time of menstruation. She must make up the fasts of the days she saw these drops, as well as make up the prayers she performed during the period of dryness (intermittent purity) if she had not performed ghusl after those drops ceased. However, she does not need to make up the days of intermittent purity.
