Are Paradise and Hellfire located within the seven heavens, or outside them, especially since Allah will roll up the heavens on the Day of Resurrection?

Paradise is above the seven heavens and beneath the Throne, and Hell is beneath the seven earths. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was asked about Paradise and Hell, and he said: "Subhanallah (Glory be to Allah)! Where is the night when the day comes?" The meaning of this is that Hell is wherever Allah wills, or that when day covers the face of the world on one side, night is on the other side. Similarly, Paradise is in the highest 'Illiyyin, and Hell is in the lowest Sijjin.
