What should be said when the Imam supplicates, "He whom You befriend shall never be humiliated, and he whom You hold as an enemy shall never be honored"?

Scholars have differed regarding the congregant who hears the Imam's Qunut: should he say "Ameen" to his Imam's supplication or perform Qunut himself? Most scholars are of the opinion that he should say "Ameen" to the first five phrases, which are supplications: "O Allah, guide me among those whom You have guided, and grant me well-being among those whom You have granted well-being, and befriend me among those whom You have befriended, and bless for me what You have given, and protect me from the evil of what You have decreed." As for the phrases that include praise, which are: "For verily You decree and none can decree against You, and none whom You befriend shall be humiliated, and none whom You oppose shall be honored. Blessed are You, our Lord, and Exalted," participation in them is more appropriate, because it is praise and saying "Ameen" is not suitable for it.
