What is the ruling on saying words like "shit," "fuck," and "holy shit" to express regret or anger?

These words are abusive and may be uttered with the intent of expressing displeasure and dissatisfaction with divine decree. It is forbidden to utter them in all circumstances. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The believer is not a slanderer, nor a curser, nor an obscene or foul-mouthed person." A Muslim must be content with Allah's decree and strive against their own soul when angry to avoid such forbidden words.
