What is the ruling on masturbation in Islam for more than 5 years due to inability to marry, and is it a way to relieve psychological pressure?

The ruling on masturbation has been previously explained. The questioner is advised to be patient and have a good opinion of Allah, for Allah Almighty says: (And let those who find not [the means for] marriage abstain [from sexual relations] until Allah enriches them from His bounty), and because with hardship comes ease. One should not wish for death due to an affliction that has befallen them, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "None of you should wish for death due to an affliction that has befallen him. If he must wish for death, then let him say: 'O Allah, keep me alive as long as life is good for me, and cause me to die if death is better for me.'" A person's lifespan increases their good deeds or allows them to repent from their wrongdoings.
