Can a believing soul, keen on worshipping and obeying Allah, utter an insult against Allah Almighty that is not a satanic whisper?

Abusing Allah the Almighty is dangerous and an act of disbelief (kufr) if it originates from a sane and conscious person. Whoever is overcome by obsessive whispers (waswas) should hasten to seek refuge with Allah from Satan, as narrated in the of Uthman ibn Abi al-As. The believer's fear of these whispers is a sign of the soundness of his faith, because Satan only whispers to those whom he despairs of leading astray. Waswas afflicts everyone who turns to Allah, and the servant must remain steadfast and constant in dhikr (remembrance of Allah) and prayer for the Devil's cunning to be repelled from him.
