Does the cursing of the Divine Self, which comes in the form of an obsessive-compulsive whisper and is neither affirmed by the heart nor uttered verbally, expel one from the fold of Islam and invalidate good deeds?

Allah forgives the believer for the whispers of the soul as long as he does not act upon them or speak them. The servant's fear of satanic thoughts is a sign of sound faith. Cursing is not among the manners of a believer. A believer is not one who slanders, curses, is obscene, or vulgar. Abusing a Muslim is فسوق (disobedience/sinfulness), and cursing a believer is like killing him. One must avoid cursing, remember Allah, and seek refuge in Him from Satan.
