Is everything subjugated to humans?

It is from Allah's grace and honoring of humankind that He has subjugated the universe for their benefit, enjoyment, and reflection, and for them to use it as an aid in their worship, as stated in the verses: (And He has subjected to you, as from Him, all that is in the heavens and on earth: verily in this are Signs indeed for those who reflect.) (He it is Who created for you all that is on earth.) (It is Allah Who has created the heavens and the earth and sends down water from the sky and with it brings forth fruits as sustenance for you; and He has subjected to you the ships, that they may sail through the sea by His command; and He has subjected to you the rivers. And He has subjected to you the sun and the moon, both diligently pursuing their courses; and He has subjected to you the night and the day. And He gives you of all that you ask for. But if you count the favors of Allah, you will not be able to enumerate them. Verily, man is indeed an oppressive, ungrateful creature.) (It is He Who made the sun a shining glory and the moon a light, and determined for it phases, that you may know the number of years and the reckoning [of time].)
