What is the share of each heir from the aforementioned inheritance, if a man died and left: one daughter, two wives, one full paternal nephew, and two full sisters, and an inheritance amounting to ten million?

If the deceased has no heirs other than those mentioned, then after paying off his debts and executing his bequests, his estate is to be divided as follows: the two wives receive one-eighth as their prescribed share (two shares, equally divided between them), the daughter receives one-half as her prescribed share (8 shares), and the two full sisters receive the remainder by virtue of ta'sib (agnatic residuary inheritance) (6 shares, equally divided between them). Full sisters, when inheriting with daughters, become 'asabah (agnatic heirs) and take the position of a full brother who is an 'asib. The matter must be referred to the Sharia courts for consideration and investigation.
