Is the husband sinful if his wife has a miscarriage in the fourth month due to the inability to register the newborn or obtain its identification papers as a result of the war conditions in his country?

It is not permissible to abort the fetus at any stage of its development. The prohibition becomes more emphatic and the sin greater after the soul has been breathed into it. What has been mentioned is not a justification for abortion. We advise you to fear Allah and entrust the matter to Him, for Allah may bless the child and facilitate the issuance of his identity, "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out."
