Is a wife considered sinful for aborting a 24-day-old pregnancy, due to her inability to bear a fourth pregnancy after three consecutive C-sections that negatively affected her health? And what are the consequences for her in case of sin?

It is not permissible to abort a fetus at any stage of its development unless trustworthy doctors determine that the pregnancy poses a definite danger to the mother. If it is medically proven that the pregnancy poses a danger to the wife, then abortion is permissible. However, if the matter is merely her feeling of hardship without a definite danger, abortion is not permissible; because pregnancy and childbirth are inseparable from hardship, as Allah Almighty says: "His mother carried him in weakness upon weakness" and "His mother carried him with hardship and delivered him with hardship." She must seek Allah's forgiveness and repent to Him for what she has done.
