If the company apologizes for publishing the offensive drawings and disavows them, and did not participate in or endorse what was published, then there is no objection to continuing to work with them, as the default rule is the permissibility of working with non-Muslims unless there is an impediment. However, a Muslim should avoid working with them if an alternative is available, due to their lack of concern for Muslims.
