Is it permissible to perform Umrah on behalf of the deceased and for oneself at the same time for someone who is 13 years and 7 months old?

You are permitted to perform Umrah on behalf of your deceased relative and dedicate its reward, in part or whole, to them, or to perform a special Umrah for them after completing your own, provided that you obtain permission from your guardian (your father), as you have not yet reached puberty, and a minor's financial transactions are restricted.

However, it is permissible for a child to gift the reward of their deeds to whomever they wish, and this does not fall under the category of restricted financial transactions.

It has been authentically reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded giving charity and fasting on behalf of the deceased. It is permissible to dedicate the reward of financial and physical acts of worship to deceased Muslims.
