Husband: One-quarter due to the presence of a direct descendant (the daughter). Daughter: One-half because she is alone and there is no male correlative. Full Brother and Full Sister: They inherit the remainder by ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females.
The origin of the estate is 4 and it rectifies to 12. Thus, the husband receives 3 shares, the daughter 6 shares, the full brother 2 shares, and the full sister 1 share.
