If the deceased has no heirs other than those mentioned, the inheritance is distributed as follows: The wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant (branch of heirs). The daughters receive two-thirds due to their plurality and the absence of a male sibling to make them asabah (co-heirs). What remains after the shares of the wife and daughters goes to the full brother and full sisters by ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into 144 shares: The wife receives 18 shares, the daughters receive 96 shares (32 shares for each), and the asabah (full brother and full sisters) receive 30 shares, with the male receiving 10 shares and each female receiving 5 shares.
