If a deceased woman leaves behind only a husband, a daughter, and sons and daughters of a son, then the husband receives one-fourth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, and the daughter receives one-half. The remainder goes to the sons of the son and the daughters of the son by ta’sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into twenty-eight shares: seven shares for the husband, fourteen shares for the daughter, two shares for each son of the son, and one share for each daughter of the son.
