Kissing one's wife in front of people is makrooh (disliked), especially on the mouth, because it is unseemly and goes against chivalry and modesty. This applies to the presence of both mahrams (unmarriageable kin) and non-mahrams. Its dislikeability increases when done in front of strangers.
