Is the husband entitled to keep the monthly salary that his wife receives from the state, claiming that he handles her transactions and spends it on household necessities, or must he give her the salary or half of it?

Allah Almighty has made it obligatory for the husband to provide for his wife and young children who have no wealth. The wife is not obligated to spend on her household unless she does so willingly. The husband taking her salary without her consent is a forbidden transgression. The husband must hand over his wife's salary to her, for she has the right to dispose of it as she wishes.
