Is it permissible for a husband to help his wife masturbate with his hands while he is fasting, if she is menstruating and he is certain not to touch the impurity of menstruation?

Firstly: It is impermissible for a menstruating wife to masturbate with her husband's hand due to direct contact with impurity, unless there is a barrier.

Secondly: It is permissible for a fasting person to kiss, fondle, and engage in foreplay with his wife without intercourse or ejaculation, provided that there is no risk of touching impurity and that he does not fear falling into what is forbidden.

Thirdly: A newlywed young man should delay such practices until night, due to the possibility of falling into what is forbidden and invalidating his worship, just as Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) affirmed that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had the most control over his desires. The concession for direct contact with a menstruating woman is conditioned upon not falling into what is unlawful.
